Nexgen Tutorial?

I believe that we need more information on how to edit certain things when using this newly released and beautiful dashboard... for example... how do you change/turn off the music? or.. How do you place different applications/games under the applications/games menues? Can anyone provide any information concerning this issues?

Looks like this was a rushed christmas version that really was not ready to hit the market. I am sure that there will be the ability to get down and dirty with customizations very soon.
