Hecto.

I just did some fonts where do you want them?  I made them all from free fonts I found online, Ill keep working on some more.

btw, I don't think you need any more images or backgrounds or the download file might become to large for people that are on like dialup.

PM me and i will give you my e-mail info. Did you test the fonts?

As far as images/fonts/backgrounds. I plan on having "expansion packs".

I though of another feature you could add.  A pretty important one actually.

A "safety zone". I made a skin earlier only to notice that mostly everything is completely cut off at the edges. I think Unleashx had said something about 30 or 40 pixels for the safety zone? unless there's something in the new ux that makes this not worh puttiing in.

It is completly useless to put in.The new version of UnleashX has a screen calibrator, wich means you can now make the dash fit the screen, ther is no more "safety borders",  keep in mind UXA was from the beginining designed for the newest version of the dash. when i release beta2 later today, ther is going to be some features you wont be able to test unless you have the new version of UnleashX.

I didn't want to say it myself before (about the screen calibration). People will have to redo their skins to make them look better with the new version. Well, some of the skins anyway. Especially those with the file manager backgrounds that have "hardcoded" borders. Those 60 pixels in both directions can be put to good use.

Thanks for sending me these, they made me find a bug. I remember people were having trouble with the fonts showing up right.

I noticed that if i tried to insert text with your fonts selected a dfrnt font is actually used. i spent hours trying to figure out why, It was weird cuz even though it displayed the wrong font, if i went and reselected that same font...it would change to the correct font.

Then it popped into my head. your fonts arnt in my windows\fonts folder. as soon as i added them into the windows folder and windows recognized them, i had no problems inserting the correct font.

I thought the new beta would be out by now.... but i gotta add a routine at startup to systematicly add any "new" fonts into the windows folder.

**EDIT** easy, I just told the installer to add those fonts to the windows font folder. but i will still add a routine at start up...just incase.

Once I calibrated my screen, skins looked all weird. not that unleashx was doing sumthing wrong...but that all skins used those borders....now ther is this empty space around the skin, once i created some new skins with UXA and used the whole screen...they looked great..nuthing is cutt off......so yeah, alot of skins will need to be re-done.

Please make it a selectable option in the installer. I don't like installers that put things in system folders without telling me. Thanks

In order for the fonts to be available, they have to be installed to the windows fonts folder. Even if the installer doesnt put them in your fonts folder, UXA will detect any new fonts int the UXA font folder and copy and register them with windows. Im also using the .NET installer, it has no options to ask the user a question(correct me if im wrong).

Im sorry I didnt "Inform" you of adding files to your system folder. How else do you suggest that I use fonts in UXA?
