Ux Skin Not Display On 720p

I just got a VGA converter for my xbox1 to display games on PC Monitor... Games plays perfect... my unleash skin only works on 480P... not working on 720p... Any idea to fix this problem?...
I tested XBMC skins and works perfect in 720p but I really love my Unleash X Skin... so I just try to fix my skin to play on 720p... I will appreciate your comments...

How is xbox modded? softmod or chipped? Are you using a vga cable or the conversion is through X2VGA or equivalent?
