Can you lair video like you would with png images or jpg images. I'm updating my stealth mode skin and I'm going to make an animated background in adobe after effects, but I also want to layer some video elements on top of .png elements so that I can get all my layers right to get the look I want.

So the layers would go, from background to foreground,

Video (background)
.png (overlay)
Video (smaller size)
.png(more overlay's)

No sorry neverwill you can't its been a much requested thing of mine and other people but UnleashX the man not being a skinner has yet to see the real value in it  
Only videos allowed is the background and the gamepreview

So you planning on doing a new skin then ?

Damn, oh well.

Yeah, I've been working over my last stealth mode skin (the blue and black one). Not really a new skin per say, but it does look a lot different than it used to. However I'll now have to settle for just making a background video instead of animating the rest of it, unless I can screw around with some of the static layers to accomplish what I want, but I doubt it.

Here's a little preview, I'm going to animate the background (the blue circuit board), but I also wanted to animate where the menu items will go (they eye). But because of these lairing issues I probably can't do the eye, which sucks.
