« on: November 27, 2005, 11:57:00 AM »

It says to press start/A (2x) save.

What does that mean?

I've presses Start the A twice.  Rebooted the xbox it still shows the nomral Blue Dash!

What am I doing wrong?

You need to doublecheck your xml tags. Sounds like you probably have something incorrect or not matching.

While looking in the XML I found this:

QUOTE
         <Skin Path="skins\">NoImages_Green -By Jezz_X</Skin>
         <Games AutoLaunch="No">C:\msdash.xbe</Games>
         <DVD AutoLaunch="No">E:\Apps\DVDX\default.xbe</DVD>
         <AudioCD AutoLaunch="No">C:\msdash.xbe</AudioCD>
         <Data AutoLaunch="Yes"></Data>
         <SoundVolume>90</SoundVolume>
         <MusicVolume>95</MusicVolume>
         <UseFahrenheit>No</UseFahrenheit>
         <SNTP Synchronize="Yes">216.244.192.3</SNTP>
         <Skin Path="skins\">Default</Skin>

Why is skin path in there twice?

Ok I deleted the 2nd one.  And now it boots up with the correct skin!
