Skins Wont Save Please Help

I believe I am having the same problem.  I was messing around with patching the MS Dash, so that I could load it as an app, which didn't work in the end.  Now, whenever I boot my xbox up, it always loads the default skin.  I've tried replacing xboxdash.xbe, and config.xml.

I figured it out.  Just replace default.xbe and your language file.  That seems to do the trick.

If you refer to the fact that you set a skin and upon reboot it resorts back to the default one, in the config.xml file there is two containers for <Skin> set and you need to delete one of the 2.

I found that modifying the config.xml file in Releashed added it.
