Skins Settings Won't Save

Right, everytime I pick a skin that I want in the dashboard, as soon as I reboot or shutown, poof! the skin reverts back to the default. How in the heck do I get the skin I want to stay as the dash skin.

Well hmm maybe we should search about this. You have to hit A twice. And do not hit it to fast. Hit A once and let it load the skin and then hit A again to save and exit the skin selection screen. If that still doesn't work try deleting your config.xml because it may be read-only. UnleashX will create a new one the next time it boots. And next time please search. This has been answered countless times.  ;)

problem was that my config file was corrupt as you said, re-installed back up and good to go...

and I did search, using the terms "save settings" and got nothing of use, hence the post.
