 Because you are talking about sinks and yet the topic says skin. Anywho I don't really know what you want so this will be general. You can download skins using your xbox if you are connected to the internet. You can change skins by selecting a skin and hit A once and then hit it again but not too fast. You can also edit your config.xml and change the skin to whatever you want that way.
