If you are currently using a skin and you edit the skin.xml and reupload it you will have to change to a diff skin and then come back in order to see the changes. Same thing goes for if you download a new copy.

OH i see you have to, select another skin so the config.xml changes the skin name.  I thought that letting the default skin come up, would be enough.  Untill I reloaded PM, then without selecting it I  IGR and PM came back up with the same extra stuff.  Selected another skin, reselected PM and its working now.  Thanks man.
