I know there are a few topics on this but I need a bit more detail as I don't really know all the tech terms being used and I didn't do the mod myself.
I have no idea how it was modded, I know it has UnleashX and that a larger hard drive was put in but that's all. I had it modded years ago and due to a crappy/scratched lens it doesn't read well. Due to this I had problems with errors while saving games on the HDD and usually had to delete the save and start over frequently before I had any success. Then it stopped working and it shows the xbox boot screen and then the UnleashX screen, which flashes on and off.
I have the stuff needed to ftp it hardware wise, but no software.

exactly i have similar problem. now only UnleashX screen flashes and nothing happens. can the GURU's out there rescuse us both please? we are stranded. any help appreciated.
