sorry I should have stated more clearly, it wants a passcode no password.  It seems to need some sequence of the buttons on the controller, like A, X, Y, B, START, WHITE, LEFT, RIGHT..something like that.  I really appreciate any help..thanks very much

Try A-Y-B-X

Alternatively, FTP to the Xbox and copy config.xml to your PC. Search it for the word Passcode, and you'll find your answer!

You guys are the BEEs KNEEs FTP to the box and downloading the config file revealed the magic code..  THANKS SOOO MUCH for remembering what to do..I owe you!
