hii guys,

for some reason my xbox has a empty C:/
ive got unleashX running on it, and have all my E:/ Files but not my C:/

does anyone have or know where i can get the C:/ files because iam using unleashX

ive downloaded Shademand's Ready Made Xbox SoftMod

it contains the C:/ and E:/ .. but hes using a evoX dash ...

should i just copy the C:/ from his even if hes using evoX and iam using unleashX ?

Sounds like you have a softmod with shadow C (that's good), but haven't put a copy of the stock C files on the shadow C.

The C files on Shademand aren't stock C files, they are modded C files (with a very old softmod) so don't touch them. Best place to get hold of stock C files are CASH and Slayers.

Even if your xbox is chipped or flashed, you should still use CASH or Slayers as your stock C file source.

yeahh after a bit of research i do have shadow C.

also another problem, when i try and update unleashx + ndure ... i check update and then it just sits there checking and nothing happens so i exit and click on check update and it says its connected but say

HTTP ERROR Can't find live update script.

Do you mean that you are trying to use the UnleashX update feature?

If that is the case, then don't bother - it's broken. Just download the latest version and copy it over your existing dash.

also another problem LOL XD

 i just recently upgraded my HD to a 40GB HD and now when i run games such as mame, pcsx and kawaks, i notice the gameplay is slighly slow and laggy ... like the music sounds slowish

but i dont seem to have problems running xbox games of my HD :S loooks and sound smooth

i never had this problem with my old HD

did i stuff up the installation ? missed out a file :S ?

then i chucked in my old HD again and its still laggy the sound .. like choppy

i played the exact same emulator and game on the other xbox also softmoded + ndure ... it runs smoothly !!!

the xbox version of the one thats laggy now is ... v1.1 ..... v0.38.0515A
