hey guys, i need your help. here's my problem.

I have a softmodded xbox 1.0, that I did myself with the old ltools softmod.  Additionally, I had installed a new 120 gig HDD at that time and all was going well until one day I decided to make my XBMC bootable on xbox powerup.  I accidentally renamed my xboxdash.xbe and it gave me an Error 13.  

So, I went back to my trusty Splinter cell, with the updated Ndure patcher, and I installed UnleashX over the botched EvoX.  Now, although unleashx boots up, and I no longer get an error 13, Unleashx recognizes the F: drive, but does not recognize the programs I had on there before.  I try to use the file explorer that comes with unleashx, but even though it shows i have space free on the hard drive, it says that there are no files on the F drive.

What can I do to re-recognize these files? Do I have to wipe the hard drive and start over?
