this is a cool dashboard. but i think you should make a option to connect to xlink kai. and then i would use it instead of avalaunch

Is there anyone still alive in here?

I locked my HDD with the latest Version of UnleashX. And can't unlock it. Did someone find a solution to this?

Yeah there hasn't been any sign of life coming from Unleashx and as far as I know he didn't release the source code which is a real bummer I have a book on C++ and would really like to learn how to code so I may bring some life back into the xbox scene but maybe I have come a little to late into the game I suppose, been here a long time and have spent most of it working and playing games and living life so now that I have free time I have been trying to learn how to code. Well it will take me some time to learn, maybe by then we can get the source somehow because I would love to update this great dash

You could jump in on the xbox 360 scene. Freestyle is for example a open source dashboard smile.gif

There has not been one antivirus software that I am aware of that has not identified the autoxbinx 2008 version as containing the win32.spybot.worm. I would love the newer unleash X dash (running an pretty old one now) and will have to look around some more

No doubt there are some improvements which v.584 features. It was what was installed by my AID disc when I used it on my Xecuter 2.6 v1.6 Xbox and I guess for most things it is as good as UnleashX gets.

However there's one feature UnleashX doesn't deliver particularly well in any version and that is the Game Saves Manager. That may not be important for a lot of people here but for me, somebody who is still using it primarily for Xbox gaming, it is.

In short: the v.584 Game Saves Manger is virtually unusable as it won't display individual game saves on any attached memory device. Consequently I've replaced the v.584 with v.572, which is what the same AID disc installs with softmods and, like v.543 I also use, doesn't have the same problem.

But what I was going to say is that if you're having trouble tracking down a source for UnleashX v.584 specifically couldn't AID or another recent alternative installer package be more easily found and used to install the v.584 dash?

yes it could. I found the 584 dash using a google search. I know my softmod xbox was using an older version that I never had problems with, however recently I had a new xbox built and wanted to use the newest Unleash X dash made to go with it.

I had always assumed so, but no one ever really looked into it. I forgot which site it was, but it also had a number of posted reports from various antivirus readings about the auto xbins file all reporting the same thing. In truth, I never had issues when using it on my old pc. Perhaps will just set the software to ignore this and then everything will be back to square one again
