2) you don't have enough space on HDD? did you upgrade HDD?

the live update is broken and probably wont be coming back do a google search for xbins maybe read a tutorial or 2 on the main xbox-scene page and you should be right

Get the new pack from xbins, extract it and replace your current dash using the tutorials PINNED above (first answer you recieved), on the XS page (second reply you recieved) or in the XBE Exploits forum, looking for one specific to your softmod package (which you haven't stated).
