No Preview Video Or Back Ground Video Sound Issue

just a small problem that i cant seem to fix,

when i first used the unleash x dash the video previews for the selected games
played the sound, now they dont. not sure what happened here. i played with
the audio settings but they didnt fix it.


also in the back of my dashboard as the background image i have a video playing
that too has no sound to it.

any help tia

If the preview video plays sound or not is up to the skin if you changed skins recently it probably ha it switched off in the skin
