You need to make a 640x480 file called UXSplash.jpg and put in the same directory as your skin.  Then selected a another skin, then reselect your current skin make sure you save it by pressing A twice and it should be replaced with the image

yeah, it would... the scarface skin I have has the part where they show the fountain that says the world is yours as the splash screen.

Its not really possible to disable it totally if you select another skin it will come back but like I said make the image and just make it straight BLack with nothing else

UnleashX will not display the boot Splash if the program / bios before it leaves a residual loading Image it only gets displayed if the app / bios loading it has no residual image

It would be at this point I would like to point out that the Splash screen does not make the boot process any slower all it does is cover up a blank screen while unleashX loads stuff

I thought renaming or deleting the UXSplash.jpg in the gamesave directory disabled it (unless you once again select a skin that has it's own splash)

It does but when you change skins I'm pretty sure unleashX will restore the default if one dosn't exsist
