I would like to add more options so i can have movies and emulators on my menu, how do i go about doing this?

The Format option in the menu si for Formating your harddisk AKA completely wiping everything off you xbox this is not what you need

Yes. Edit the Config.XML file. Take a look at the way it's setup and it's pretty self-explanitory.

the default password is Xbox with the first x capital

Yes but thats not what he really wanted but if he looked in the config.xml he posted he could see

plenty of tuts around on editing your config, but if u just wanna quick fix, just copy the games bit from your menu, and then paste it again directly below it.

Ie, copy and paste this bit....

<List Text="Games" Sort="On" Auto="On">
<Path>E:\Games</Path>
<Path>F:\Games</Path>
<Path>G:\Games</Path>
<Path>E:\HDDLoader</Path>
<Path>F:\HDDLoader</Path>
</List>

Then just change the name to whatever its for, ie "Emulators", and then change the path to go to wherever your emulators are located. That is probably the quickest way, but like I say plenty of tuts available for more details.
