reload ur xbox game that u modded it with like splinter cell or mechassualt or 007. just reload the game save and reinstall the uxe, restore backed up c drice or just go in to file explorer and delete the pc trainer i recommend all 3

Hotswap into XboxHDM to restore the C drive.

Or, if you have your EEProm backup, simply use XboxHDM to restore the C drive.

But, if it IS the only way, and I can do this with a standard CAT5 Cable, could you give me a newb's guide? I'd really appreciate it.

Are you able to ftp with your xbox?  I have deleted files out of my xbox while conected to my xbox with FlashFXP, locate the file on the xbox, right click and click delete.  Pretty simple.
