how are you getting a phoneline(dial-up) into your ethernet plug on the xbox?

By taking a look at things, set the type to dynamic (from static) and you should be ok.  it looks like you are using windows internet connection sharing to share your dialup with your home network, so if thats working setting your xbox to dhcp should give it internet.

you cannot share an AOL Dialup connection to the rest of your network. I have however shared other providers that are compatible directly with Windows DUN (Dialup Networking) such as Bellsouth.net.

Unfortunatly, your only alternatives are to either dump aol and get a DUN provider, or get high speed, (and not AOL Broadband).

Well I actually use a proxy server on my PC to get it to work that way my Net connection thinks that its my PC and not my xbox trying to connect

Juno is the same premise as AOL, they use proprietary software to make a dialup connection.

I would personally recommend HighStream.net for dialup access.
