goto system->settings->network-> and under Http Connection make sure Enable Proxy is set to no.

Make sure restart the xbox, tell me if it works.

****EDIT

Is your router connected to a cable or dsl modem?

If cable, set your network to DHCP instead of static.

 laugh.gif No problem.

It should be able to work with static, but youll need the correct network data from your router, then enter in it into ux manually.

I'd just stick with DHCP as it automatically configures everything for you.

yes, stick with DHCP...your xbox will most likely get the same IP from DHCP everytime...as long you don't leave your xbox off for a whole week or month and then plug another computer or device into your router.
