Okay so I downloaded the .exe and installed it. I also went a nd got Windows Media 8 Encoding Utility. I got it to finially to load and aput all my .avi vids and .jpeg loading screens in. I named it and gave it a path to save on my desktop. I selected all of my skin options. I hit convert files and c: prompt pops up saying progress.
this i what i get
........25%.........50%.........75%...........100%
It gives me the stats to the files that it converted and then a windows error pops up, saying that the program has experienced errors and must shut down. It gives me the option to send or don't send. I don't send. I then go an hit create skin.
It says skin created wait for all files to be converted and then i hit okay.
Nothing happens after this. No skin is made!?!?!?!?!?! What am I doing wrong. IF anyone has a link to a tutoral, and doesn't want to write it all out I'd be more than greater full!! I'm just at a lost!! I really want to make this skin and it's really frustrating me that it isn't working because I keep trying all these different things and nothing seems to change!!
