I can't seem to get the DVD dongle to work when it's in the fourth controller port. Is this something new or am I just a retard?

I have only found one problem with the new version, but when I replaced the default.xbe and config.xml, I deleted the save game data for UnleashX and the Items.xml.

The problem is still the ChipID$ Any skin that uses that will lock the dashboard when I try to launch an app or game. Also the speed of the left analog stick is way slower than it used to be, I liked the analog stick being real fast and the D-Pad or Left/Right Triggers being medium speed.

Congrats on fixing 99% of the problems that I had with the dash. I have been using this as my only dashboard since the first version.

I'm using the DVD dongle and have no problems. I have it on the fourth port of a v1.2 Xbox with an X2 4977 BIOS.

I really appreciate the fixes in reguard to accessing the memory card in the file manager. Previous versions had me scratching my head as to what I was doing wrong!

The only bug I've seen is that when you eject a DVD playing in the MS dash, the Xbox reboots and UnleashX comes up without a skin loaded. Everything's back to normal after a manual reboot.

mine has just started doing what it used to.
I used IGR then my dash froze..rebooting. it just hung there

restarted another 2 times and it is fine again.

But it used to do this and go back to the default skin...when it reboots now the skin is fine.

Seems the problem is still there with the crashes with the soundtracks

Still great dash tho m8, well aprreciated.

But if you put this to the top of your todo list would be ace!

I did find a strange bug: When i rename "Dvd-X2 Dongle Free Dvd Player" to just "Dvd-X2 Dvd Player" it turns around and names it "Dvd-X2 Dvd Player Dvd Player" kind of wierd but I have renamed other xbe's and had no problems.

This isn't major by any means but it was one of those wierd things that some people appreciate.

This would be my favorite dash...If it didn't keep on freezing on boot for my TSOP flashed 1.3 Xbox. It looks tight though. I'd swith from Avalaunch in an instant if it wasn't for that problem.

ONE other thing... can you disable the "ticking" sound of the text bouncing on the screen saver. I like all the other sfx the way they are but that is annoying, cool that it can be done though!

Thank you for this excellent update. I had been on the first version up until now because all of the others locked up on me. I've had it on for pretty much the whole day and only had one problem with it...and I'm not even sure if it has anything to do with UX.

Today I upgraded to a High Def cable, changed my M$ settings, and the display settings on my TV...while UX was running on my xbox. Then I went go to into Games and it locked up. I've since powered off and on quite a few times and have done numerous other things (games, apps) and have had no problems.

Perhaps that was an isolated incident.

Awesome job, just upgraded to the new version. I don't plan on having any probs. The only prob I had last version was the jumpy wmv's and the freezing music issue. I converted all the wmv's to xmv, and after I ripped about 5 new cd's to my xbox, the freezing problem stopped.

I was talking about the communicator headset dongle you plug into your controller and this was the last version since i havent test the new one yet but i noticed it wasnt in the changelog...
As i said b4 UnleashX wont boot for me with the headset plugged in dvd dongle in port 4 works fine for me.

I can't FTP to my xbox. I setup using a new router and I can't FTP to my box. Should I reset the router and my computer?
It was working before, that's why I thought this might be a new version bug.
