There is no way to fix this because it isn't a bug. It's a feature called fast-scrolling. UnleashX will never know whether you wanted to do a fast scrolling or IGR. The only way to "fix" this is to disable fastscrolling using the triggers, but then, a lot of people would get pissed off if I do this .

IGR will still work, thought, so, it's a little annoyance that's not hard to live with.
