...its ashame... i've been away from the scene for about 5-6 months... i thought i'd check up and see what cool stuff has come about and how things have evolved, however much to my dismay i see things are pretty close where they were when i left. The insiders and the ppl who rip it off are still the only ones who have "UIX 2" and those of us who want it the most are the ones left empty handed... I still like to give props to the dev team, UIX was the coolest thing i'd seen when it came out... i just wish we could all see the work you've done without trying to find all the backways and cut corners so more ppl can get pissed off

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that crap UIX V2 that was "leaked" recently is still the same stolen code from about a year ago. Seems that there are still lame ass mofos who need to rerelease the same dash that was advertised as "enigma" I can assure you that anything released from the Team will not be that crap you can get on a torrent. That's for sure! If you want to use a dash full of bugs and useless features, be my guest. But once againg I can assure you that the godforsaken torrent you downloaded is NOT UIX v2. End of story.

I have UIX V.2, along with the other Team UIX members.
UIX V.2 is real and gets worked on EVERY day.

I wouldn't really hold my breath with UIX anymore. Unless I'm wrong, it looks like UIX development has ceased now.

Perhaps it's time to look elsewhere...

The combination of MC360 and XBMC is quite a nice alternative though!

In my case I've put UIX on the side (mind you I still like it but since there's nothing new with it...) and made XBMC with MC360 skin my main dash (with Unleash + MC360 skin as a backup).

Well what do I know. It could come out next week but it has been a loooooooooooooooooooong time and I feel bad for people still hanging on to something that may or may not happen.

I remember thinking, wow theres no way the 360 is going to come out before this does, and here we are 6 months later and there is already a modded next gen console. I know good development takes time but there is a limit to where it kind of gets funny.

Same with Nexgen and Surreal V2 (the devs even admit they quit but people are still waiting with fingers crossed). I hope Linksbox doesn't take 2 years but thats another one that kinda disappeared.

I just figured we'd know SOMETHING by now, but to be honest nobody owes us anything I guess.
