Hexbe Can't Patch, So Skins Look Stupid

just says unkown error occured. so is there another way I can change the colors in my XBE?

in the readme, it says "you may need to sign the Xip File structure to the xbe if you have not already" what is that and how? cause i'm thinkin thats my issue
