Thcbootdisc Auto Installer?

After hours of looking for the thc lite dash, all I was able to find is a program called Xbox_dash_bootdisc_autoinstaller. Is this what I use to install thc? and if so would someone be so kind as to point me to a tutorial as I don't fquite understand the thc dash just yet.
