True Blue Prog

ok i just recently got the true blue patch installed and everything works great except for one thing.  when i go to shut down using the dash all it does is more or less reboot.  it wont shut off, it just reboots. ive looked two or three times now at the config file to make sure that it was setup correctly and everything looks right but i must be missing something.  everything else works perfectly its just this one little splinter that is bugging me.  if anyone else has had this prob or can help me with it id appreciate it. thanks.
