It's really annoying to wait for that damn logo to load...

you can remove the intro the splash screen and the logo but it won't speed up your xbox start up ( ...i think).

just use xbtool, load your dash and deselect intro splash and x logo. I have unselected everything myself, so i only see a black screen for about 6-7 seconds and then my nice true blue xboxdash or my segadash hits the screen.
