Problems Changing Colors

Ok I'm in a dillema I donwloaded HeXbe and changed the colors in my dash.  Well when I boot tot he dash certain things r still green (such as the green X logo that the menus pivot on, and the highlighted color is still free when selecting a menu)  How would I go about fixing this?

colour that you still see green are xbx files. they can only be changed to desired colour when you insert them to the approprite xip files.
