Cool, gimme, gime

I was thinking about this script though

Couldn't you merge the 2 dialogs.

<IPChanger>
  <IPDialog>
    ::
  </IPDialog>
  <YesOrNo>
    ::
 </YesOrNo>
<IPChanger>

Is that the with the 1170 WIP? Cause mine is Black Text inside the editboxes

Gotta love the Image, Enable and Visible stuff. Caption needs a little visual work though

ok, here's another word you won't usually associate with code...delicious!!!

minor bug tho...i changed the <ImagePath>::ICO etc.  to one of my thumbnails.  when i first ran the script, the image was garbled, but every run after that is fine.  maybe it's my thumb???  maybe it doesn't like the dis-proportional aspect ratio on the first run???

It's the skin. There are settings to define the menu colors, and that's what's used for the dialog controls.

You can set all of these colors youself, too.... Look at the UI Spec for the attributes.

Hmmm... dunno. It should work fine. It uses the same code that's used to display image elements on screen.

Does it scale the scale the image down to fit the proportions of the rect?

Not at the moment, though I could add that ability (using an attribute).

I would like to understand how an image didn't show up correctly, though...

Yes it indeed does mess it up the frist time then the next it's fixes. I tried it with the AllXboxSkins logo. The first time it was a blur of green and white.

MY SKIN xml has this in it

   <MessageBox>
      <BoxColor>0xDF000000</BoxColor>
      <BorderColor>0xDF70BA1F</BorderColor>
      <TextColor>0xF170BA1F</TextColor>
      <ShadowColor>0x80000000</ShadowColor>
   </MessageBox>
   <SystemMenu>
      <BoxColor>0xDF000000</BoxColor>
      <BorderColor>0xDF70BA1F</BorderColor>
      <TextColor>0xF170BA1F</TextColor>
      <SelectColor>0xFFDDD000</SelectColor>
      <ValueColor>0xF170BA1F</ValueColor>
      <SelectValueColor>0xFFDDD000</SelectValueColor>
   </SystemMenu>

shouldn't it work with those

The fill for the textbox is not pretty, should be lightened quite a bit (or just make it completely black, to differentiate from a button).

Ok Can Someone tell me what values I have to put in my skin.xml file to correct the display colors on the below screen shot So they look like the ones in the first screen only with the green text.  I notice the buttons take the system values but not the text and edit boxes

I tried it with the MXMLive skin as well and it was the same
