Help With Stoik

Use Windows Media 9 encoder. Make sure you change the video codec to Windows Video 8, and then you can encode your video. Much better than Stoik for me.

Help With Stoik
« Reply #1 on: November 22, 2003, 10:51:00 AM »

I am trying to convert avi video to wmv.  The version of the video I have is in widescreen 720x304.  Whenever I try to convert it, it ends up being compressed to fullscreen.  I tried using the "keep origional file parameter" and even set the parameters myself.  Nothing seems to work.  Can I keep this video in widescreen or will I have to crop it to make it look correct?  BTW Pinnacle is also doing the same thing to my avi.

Does anyone have experience with DVD decrypter?  Great prog, but I don't get any sound with my videos.
