The choice skin itself has a large background video playing.  So if a preview video has a high bitrate (more than 300something), MXM can't handle both the videos, and the audio skips.  

So use STOIK to remake the "certain" vids that are choppy.  And use a low bitrate (about 300)

So I guessed those certain videos are encoded at too high a bitrate.
