Skin Conversion: Xtina

I converted my favorite old Evox skin "XTina" over MXM with some of MXM's fine enhancements. It's definitely not my best work, but, it's a solid, clean skin. Props to the original author iQuE-kun for this pleasing  skin. But here it is.....
