Best "make A Skin" Tutorial

So I wanna make a skin... whats the best, fastest, and easiest guide to use

I havent seen a tut on how to use mxm skinner.

I got it the other day, and I have just been messing with it. I think the best way to figure it out is just trial and error. Mess with the program for a little bit, then upload the skin to your xbox. See what needs to be changed, then go back to the program and mess with it.

Technically, you cannot possibly mess up your xbox just by uploading a skin, no matter how buggy the skin is.  

Even if you put on a bad skin, you can start up in safe mode (hold Start while prog is starting, i think) and select safe mode with the default skin option.

If you're just starting try using mxmskinner, Afterwards you can study some more complex skins for new ideas.  Mxmlauncher(ya, i love pimpin' my own skins)actually has some complex coding in it that is laid out pretty well if you want some more complex functions.
