I finally managed to get loading skins functionality working

Therefore, as of now, MXM Skinner is a "proper" skinning app

Supports:
Drawing skins (WYSIWYG)
Generating skin XML's
Loading skins

Perfect for the new skinner

Edit: I am going away for a few days, so I will not be replying to any questions until Sunday. Still, feel free to leave comments/suggestions/bug reports, which I will check when I get back.

Edit: I'm back and fixed the "component (file) not found" bug in version 3.1

It loads skins perfectly and the bug from before is fixed.... Time to get skinning!
Edit:
When loading skins like Devoid that are too big for the screen it is very hard to edit them... Could you add a maximize button?

I cannot see thewhole app on my screen, can you make it so I can resize it. It cuts off the bottom and sides of the app quite a bit, and with no resize functionality, I cannot use most of the program.

Your missing some .ocx files. Runtime errors can occur with any software and many times are the result of downloaded files that have not registered completely.

no matter what i still keep getting that same error also, i installed the full vbasic 6 i even downloaded that last file Crash N' Burn posted and placed it in the same folder as mxmskinner and no go at all, it's really frustrating me i would like to try this out
