How Do You Make Mxm Skins?

How do u make MXM skins?  is there a software or a tut somewhere? thx

Included with the binary releases is a "Skinning Overview" in MS Word Document form. IT provides a rough reference to skinning MXM.

Otherwise, the best tutorial is to look at skins with features you are interested in, and looking at the XML files (MXM_Skin.xml)  that drive them.
