can you layer video? lets say i have a ste background video but i wat a "foreground item" of video can i do this?  

and or can i add pngs on top of the video?

and do the text items such as menus and news feeds sit on top of everythingor can youhave video or pngs sit over them "masking "out text

im just starting to get into skinning  so forgive  me if these questions are stupid
