try creating another new folder "mxm" on F:...then move your skins folder to that new folder..then add the new path to the <SkinsPath> node...i.e;
<SkinsPath>F:\mxmSkins</SkinsPath>

a slash is in between mxm and Skins...i have another one after Skins....it worked at the first try! hope it works for you! good luck!

Thanks-x-eQter. The trick is not that you use MXM\Skins as a directory f:\Skins works just fine. My problem was that i need another folder in Skins directory. Instead of just the files directly in the skins directory.
