Actually, I think StrongBad is doing the skinning app (too)..  But, either way.  XML isn't that difficult, just alot of trial and error..

Ahhh... it's a bit tricky though.... I have some basic cacheing going on, and I need to clean it up a bit before I can do dynamic switching of skins (or updates) - I intend on getting there, but it's a bumpy road ahead for that.
