Yeah, the problem is the way the font is being generated.

Hrrrmmm... that should work fine, I imagine. I was hoping you'd say "NT4" or "Win98" or the Outer Mongolian edition.

The only thing I can think of is that your DirectX is hosed somehow. The problem is when it writes out the TGA file...  ahhhh.... what VIDEO card are you running? Are the drivers up to date?

Actually its, a cheapo card. Diamond Multimedia Stealth 3D 4000 or something. You mentioned DirectX. I don't have it installed, Could that be the problem. I have DirectX 8 on a disc so I can Install that if it'll work
