Well this will be my last skin for awhile well a week at least . My vacation starts tomarrow & I'm going to Mexico for a wk . Anyways here's what I did .

Blister Skin,,














I tryd my best 2 get to look like the Demos without infringing copyright............ And Most of All It's under 1 Meg !!!!!!!!!!!!

ALOT OF WORK went into this so I HOPE you all like . Even the Background moves (that was some serious shit to do)..............

I named this 'Blister' cause while I was working on this skin I had 2 blisters on my hand that popped & hurt like HELL while I was working on this one , so my PAIN & SUFFERING named this Skin LOL  

As I said before I'm going to take a break & relax drink some cervesa's and enjoy the ocean breeze   . Enjoy the Skin ...............................peace

I just tryd using this /w Craxtion With Mxm and I must say it looks & feels just like the demos . Works great !!!!!!!!!
My vaca. got delayed for 2 days due to finding a babysitter      . I WILL GET MY VACATION !!!!!! ......................................I hope    . LOL

I havent seen the samplevideo. But I wonder about the colors, are there more than one pic so you have to change manually are is it a wmv that change them smothly or some kind of slideshow with pictures. looks pretty good.

 Green is the default color . I made the other color templates for people who R tyrd of Green or want to spice up there DVDR's or Dash. Each color r in there seperate folders . There named the same as if they were the primary. Alls you have 2 due is replace the 'main & load' images with the color of your choice & your on your way .
I kept in mind the mods people due to there Xbox Cases & when using MXM as a boot DVDR . This is what I came up /w.

As soon as a selectable skin loader is applied 2 mxm . This will be ready for it Just hold the different color templates in a folder & hopefully it will let you 'auto select' the template. It should be a simple change in the skin xml file (adding a couple of nodes)that will come /w updates. If not and you want it 2 change colors everytime you boot make a seperate folder for each color ,name the folder something like 'BlisterRed''BlisterGreen' & so forth & dump my skin into each folder /w the color you want. MXM will autodetect the Skins & load radomly or at least it does for me . For the most part I get a different color when I reboot but sometimes it loads the same color template 2-3 times in a row but that is far & few between . I think it just a radom tick in MXM . No big deal .

I know u said u wont work on it because vacations, but is there any chance u can make one with a green (darker) the green that comes with it is really bright....anyway...just a little request...Just to let uknow  I already started using it with mxm and it feels infact as a demo dvd because of the structure of the skin.....one little problem i found with it....the MediaXmenu title along with music, Message and IP text on it is not 100% viewable it looks like is halfway viewable due to the text is not solid white...at least doesnt look like it is when using the skin. anyway....hope u get to have your vaca soon!

Yeah the background is abit chopy but I'll get a update version that should smooth it out abit . I saved the psd file to this template so I can change it to ANY color you want . Or better yet PM me with the info & if you have PhotoShop I'll throw ya the psd file so you folks can create your own to suit your needs .  


As far as the Title words not being viewable I never really noticed it . I work off a 42" Sony HD so I see EVERYTHING !!!!!!!!!!! LOL   But I'll check it out .

Bounce feature may work for it . I didn't think about doing it that way . Ohh well Version2 comming soon 2 a skinner near you LOL

What a skin, what a UI, what artistic talent and what selection, crash and burn you really have done it!!

Your skin has singly made me change to mxm as default dash, i can now change colour as i wish and work using a flaless dash.

Ron Jeremy you also are a magician of code, all respect to you also.

I ask anybody who is even remotely thinking about using this dash to use the m build with Blister skin, that will singly make the decision for you.

I really can't do much for the file names being cut of except maybe making the font smaller . But when I do that . It makes ALL the games titles are small . With games like

Two Towers
4x4 Evo2
ATV 2
ect,ect.
It really makes it feel not right . Did I make any sence ? LOL just woke up sorry   . I have over 600 fonts so I'm sure I can make this right for you guys .  

I aready tried putting the descrip. under the preview and it just didn't feel right . So I kept it the way it is now . I may modifie the preview window a little to throw in Decrip. I'll see how it looks and make my decision from there . It may just work .

My BIGGEST change is to make the background grid smoother . It's been buggin me  

I've got some ideas to optimise this skin . V2 will be out soon . I haven't decided wether to just put out an update or make V.2 a solo run .

Thanks for the advice & feedback .......... ........this really does help me to improve what I've done already .

 Thanks for the comments . BJ has done what groups has done Except for one thing THE MADMAN as did it SOLO ....................Simply put 'AMASING' .
He's had little help from the outside 'FTP' and such but for 1 man to do all of this ...............DAMM ,MAJOR PROPS.  

I'm glad 2 see another user swich 2 MXM . You won't regret it . It's only gunna get better from here on out .
