It currently looks for skins directly below the app, i.e. in the immediate subdirectories of wherever the app is run from.

I may change this in the future with an optional 'master skin directory'

Proper use of the LoadSkin tag however, is to use the skin's name (which is why I urge skinners to use unique names)
