How Do I Ftp When I Have Error 13?

how do i FTP if i have error 13? Meaning the dashboard doesnt come up so i cant get the ip adress from my x box . is there another way to find the ip adress of my x box so i can FTP it with my PC?

did you run the ltools installer? if so just power on with the eject button and setup your ftp client "flashfxp" to detect the ip of your xbox at 192.168.0.3 and user xbox pass xbox

how do i do that? if u can just send a tutorial link. also where can i download Itools?
