Mxm Eeprom

yea i was wondering what the eeprom_mxm.bin file is doing on the c: partition because i installed the audio exploit and i thought that it didn't save anything to the c: partition just to the e: partition???
I would like to know what would hapen if i was to delete this? And i would also like to know would anything go wrong if i tried to install the UDE if i previosly had an exploit installed and it didn't work anymore?
