Mxm_patcher Not Working

The only time I've seen this "happen"  - it turned out he was copying the file to his Xbox, but it was a different named MXM that was actually booting than the one he patched.

If you're using MXM as your main dash, then you most likely forgot to rename the default.xbe to whatever your BIOS boots too, like BJ said
