Well, I believe this program needs the .Net framework, so try installing that if you have not already done so.

Well I have the Net frameework and every once(like 1 out 25) and a while I get an error like that, only for me it's 7 not 3. But my comp sucks

I got an email and replied with the fix: read the readme, and register the dll's manually (some versions of windows are bitchy about it)

Or, dl 'ocxreg', it'll do it for you, since some lamers can't figure out the command. :/

or you can do like I did, an use a reg tweak to add "Register DLL" to the windows right click menu
