You are incorrect... people do want to help... we are just not there all the time... a lot of us sit idle in the channel and only look at it periodically... so sometime you will find people there and other times people will just be idleing there....

before you upload the file to your xbox, first play it in windows media player an check the codec by clicking properties while its playing...make sure its wmv 8 for video an lower...wmv9 video doesnt work but wmv9 audio works fine...
