Getting Rid Of The Description Line

Try <description></description> or <description> </description>.  (The last one has a space)  Those might work but I think I remember reading a while ago that that was an unresolved issue.

Or if you want to get rid of ALL the descriptions then change it in the skin

In the MXM_Skin.xml file:

<Skin name="blah">
...
<Layout Name="Menu">
...
<LayoutElement Type="Menu" Style="MXM">
...
<DrawSecondary>False</DrawSecondary>
...
</LayoutElement>
...
</Layout>
...
</Skin>

Don't change anything except the bolded tag, and if its not there, add it.
