How To Remove/disable Audio From A Preview?
« on: September 22, 2003, 11:48:00 PM »

Does anyone know how to remove the audio from a Windows Media Video 8 file (a MXM preview file)?  I'm looking to remove or disable the audio for a single preview file, cause the video content is awesome but the audio is just awful.

I've tried several software solutions to edit the file, but I've got nothing so far.  Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, is there a simple xml solution to this by just disabling the audio for a single preview?

Thank you, but I can't seem to get that to work.  What I'm dealing with is an already encoded WMV8 source, with both audio and video data.  Maybe I'm just not used to Movie Maker, but I can't find an option/setting to remove the audio (the audio track is blank, but the video track itself which contains the clip also contains the already encoded audio).

Am I missing something?  Thanks again, though.
